CONSULTING SKILLS
3 DAYS
Today’s business and technology professionals are required to interact with stakeholders on a daily basis in the design and deployment of complex solutions to address critical business needs. Internal support functions in large organizations face similar challenges, driving operational efficiencies and creating a culture of sharp, well-informed decision making.
This workshop equips participants with the practical skills and attitudes required to consult effectively and deliver value in a stakeholder-oriented, solution-based and tactical way. The workshop approach combines a rich mix of discussions and business simulations to both challenge participants and to demonstrate industry best practice.
ADVANCED CONSULTING SKILLS
3 DAYS
Advanced Consulting Skills develops experienced professionals into a lead consultant role able to assume key responsibilities in pre-sales engagements. Placing a great emphasis on business skills, participants learn how to direct pre-sales activities, explore business opportunities, manage senior client interactions and demonstrate a strong level of client partnership.
The workshop provides practical skills for immediate application using a mix of discussions, business simulations, exercises and a complex industry case study. Participants collect, analyze and validate requirements, manage competing stakeholder agendas, formulate solution proposals and work to secure proposal acceptance from a senior client stakeholder group.


STORYTELLING
2 DAYS
Storytelling provides a set of fundamental skills for those who need to deliver business critical messages to either internal or external audiences. It accelerates the comprehension of complex or technical content, expedites decision making and improves the speed and efficiency of preparing content such as documents and presentations.
Successful storytelling relies on the combination of ‘hard’ analytical skills and ‘soft’ communication skills required to connect with a target audience. The program provides a practical set of skills for immediate use using a mix of discussions, business simulations, exercises and industry case studies.
HIGH IMPACT PRESENTATION DELIVERY
3 HOURS
This short module enables professionals who deliver internal or external presentations to quickly sharpen their skills. It explores five principles of delivery excellence used by some of the most accomplished presenters, includes a delivery simulation and the opportunity to receive individual feedback, and a case study exercise exploring some of the most common challenges faced when delivering presentations.


PRESENTING FOR MAXIMUM IMPACT
1.5 DAYS
A high-ambition program for senior staff who deliver keynote addresses, present at conferences, in front of senior executives and towards the media. Surpassing the skill of delivering a strong presentation this program builds the ability to command the stage, create momentum around a topic and inspire an audience. Advanced narrative techniques are explored, together with vocal modulation exercises, stage management practices and the use a neurochemical triggers to influence emotions and win support. Upon its completion participants should be ready to deliver their first TED Talk.
